Heartlink Identity and Branding
It has been discovered that there is a link between kidney disease and heart issues.
Heartlink is a study in which patients have the opportunity to have a heartbeat monitor implanted that will alert doctors to abnormal heart rhythms. This study will potentially save lives and will help doctors to gather data to better understand this relationship. The logo creates a visual link between the heart and the kidneys. A kidney is nestled within, and completing the second side of the heart. The colors used in the logo are bright red and a darker maroon representing the heart and kidneys. Additional materials were created for both patients and doctors to make them aware of the study opportunity.
